China's Foreign Minister Discusses Sensitive Issues with India at ASEAN Meeting

China's Foreign Minister stated the country is ready to handle sensitive issues with India. Both ministers are attending meetings related to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in Manila.
