Podgorica Hospitality Sector Criticizes Selective Working Hours Decision

Biro klub and NOA restoran have stated that a new decision limiting the working hours of outdoor areas and music in Podgorica's hospitality establishments until midnight puts restaurateurs in an unenviable position. They argue the decision is selective.
