Federal Judge Faces Battery Charge After Parking Lot Confrontation

Judge Ryan Nelson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit is facing a battery charge after a parking lot argument in Idaho, captured on video, where he allegedly tossed and stomped on a man's glasses.
