Court Finds SERAP Liable for Defaming SSS, Awards N100 Million in Damages
A Nigerian court has found the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) liable for defaming the State Security Service (SSS) and awarded N100 million in damages to the security agency.
