Indian Navy Funds Replica of Ancient Ship for Voyage from Karnataka to Gujarat
The Indian Navy has financed and organized the construction of a replica of a 1500-year-old ship, built using traditional methods. The replica has already sailed from Karnataka to Gujarat, staying close to the coast, as part of a maritime archaeology experiment.
