Ukraine Intelligence: Russia Orders Not to Evacuate Dead Soldiers' Bodies

Ukrainian intelligence reports that Russian military commanders have instructed their subordinates not to evacuate the bodies of fallen soldiers from the battlefield, but only to retrieve their heads and documents for identification.
