Tomáš Spuchliak Acquires Major Real Estate Fund and Bory Mall
Tomáš Spuchliak, who began his career renovating apartments, has acquired the ZFP real estate fund, valued at over half a billion euros, which includes the Bory Mall shopping center. He is also launching three new investment funds focused on real estate, rental housing, and industrial enterprises, and is negotiating another acquisition in Bratislava.
