Finland Sees Increase in Wilderness Crime Investigations

Finnish Forest and Park Service (Metsähallitus) reported a significant increase in wilderness surveillance and criminal investigations last year, with 54 cases leading to preliminary investigations. The agency fears that serious offenses may go unnoticed.
