Decision on Electronic Monitoring for Belgium's Longest-Serving Inmate Due June 1
The Ghent Sentence Enforcement Court will rule on June 1 on the request for electronic monitoring for Freddy Horion, Belgium's longest-serving inmate. Horion was sentenced to life imprisonment in 1980 for the murder of five family members.
