Bulgarian Supreme Judicial Council Rejects Justice Minister's Request to Replace Acting Prosecutor General

After extensive debate, the Plenum of the Supreme Judicial Council in Bulgaria rejected the Justice Minister's request to replace acting Prosecutor General Borislav Sarafov, with one member questioning if Sarafov is irreplaceable.
