Groningen Fined for Unsafe Bat Flight Route Near Europapark Station

The municipality of Groningen has been fined 100,000 euros by the Council of State for failing to provide a safe flight route for bats near Groningen Europapark station, following a lawsuit by the Bat Foundation.
