Father of Aoife Johnston, James Johnston, Dies After Cancer Battle

James Johnston, father of teenager Aoife Johnston, has died following a cancer diagnosis. He and his family had been pursuing justice over the hospital care of his daughter, who died of meningitis at University Hospital Limerick.
