Vincent Duclert, Rwandan genocide specialist: 'In the Agathe Habyarimana case, the judiciary must review all available documentation'

In an interview, the historian argued there is 'a body of evidence pointing to Agathe Habyarimana's role in preparing the genocide' of the Tutsi. The investigation targeting the widow of the former Rwandan president is set to resume, following the overturning on Wednesday of the case dismissal issued in August 2025.
