School Director Testifies on Decision Not to Close During Weather Alert in Spain
Ricardo Gabaldón, a school director in Catarroja, Spain, testified in court that if the institute had not been closed, students and parents would have died. He stated that educational centers in the town did not close despite an orange alert, with the red level not being issued until 11 AM.
