Two Vietnamese Nationals Arrested for Intrusion at Setagaya Murder Scene

Tokyo police have arrested two Vietnamese nationals on suspicion of attempted theft and other charges, following an intrusion last December at the house where a family of four was murdered 26 years ago in Setagaya. Evidence of the intrusion was discovered at the crime scene.
