Ukrainian Intelligence Reports Russia Reactivating Old Aircraft Due to Sanctions

Ukrainian foreign intelligence reported that Russia is bringing worn-out small aviation aircraft, nicknamed "corn-planes," back into service due to a shortage of planes caused by sanctions.
