Haitian man dies in US immigration custody due to untreated toothache, brother says

Emmanuel Damas, who had been confined at an Arizona immigration detention center for months, died on Monday after a tooth infection was left untreated. Damas is among at least nine people who have died in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody this year.
