US Envoy Expresses Optimism as Lebanon-Hezbollah Ceasefire Holds
A US envoy has described the ceasefire with Hezbollah as the "beginning of a road," while a lifeline to south Lebanon has reopened. Hezbollah, however, warns it has its "finger on the trigger" if Israel violates the truce.
