Kadyrov Reluctantly to Run in Chechen Presidential Election

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov is reportedly unhappy with the Russian ruling party's decision but feels compelled to run in the Chechen presidential election. He had previously sought exemption from Vladimir Putin last year.
