Ukraine Claims Over 27,000 Foreign Fighters from 135 Countries Fighting for Russia

Ukrainian authorities have identified more than 27,400 foreign nationals from 135 countries fighting for Russia, stating that Moscow has built a global recruitment network to compensate for heavy battlefield losses.
