Brussels' chief diplomat and several EU foreign ministers are in Ukraine to mark four years since one of Russia's most infamous atrocities. The Bucha massacre, just weeks into the full-scale war, shocked the world.

EU shows support to Ukraine at Bucha commemoration

Four years on from the Bucha massacre, the Ukrainian town is remembering its dead. Russian military forces retreated from Bucha in 2022, hundreds of bodies were discovered, including women, children and elderly people, many of the corpses had been left lying in the streets. A delegation of EU foreign ministers arrived in Kyiv on March 31 to mark the anniversary and discuss ways to further support Ukraine.
