Singapore Minister Responds to NTUC Proposal on Retrenchment Notifications and Benefits

Singapore's Manpower Minister Tan See Leng responded to an NTUC proposal, stating that advance retrenchment notifications might discourage job-saving talks and higher benefits could risk more jobs for financially struggling firms.
