Berisha Criticizes Rama's Speech as Eulogy for Himself and Balluku

Sali Berisha, head of the Democratic Party, described Prime Minister Edi Rama's 90-minute speech as an "elegy" for himself and Balluku, accusing Rama of defending Balluku and turning the meeting into a personal eulogy.
