Joe Gibbs Racing adds Spire Motorsports as defendant in trade secrets lawsuit
Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) has filed a lawsuit against NASCAR Cup Series team Spire Motorsports, alleging that Spire hired a former JGR competition director who stole sensitive information and violated a noncompete agreement.
