Court Rules on Vilnius Businessman's Shooting Incident with Neighbor
A Vilnius court has concluded a conflict involving a prominent businessman who fired several shots from a legally held Makarov pistol during an altercation with his neighbor. The Vilnius Regional Court ruled that the crimes committed by the businessman's neighbor cannot be considered.
