New E-Scooter Regulations in Austria Mandate Turn Signals and Helmets for Minors
Starting May 1st, new regulations for e-scooters in Austria will require vehicles to be equipped with turn signals and mandate helmet use for riders under 16 years old, though many existing scooters may not be retrofittable.
