Finnish Safety Authority Warns Cement Fiber Balcony Railings Are Unsafe

Finland's Safety Investigation Authority (Otkes) has stated that cement fiber boards used in balcony railings do not provide adequate protection against falls, following a fatal incident last September where a woman fell from a balcony in Hietalahti, Helsinki.
