Police Officer Who Killed Odair Moniz Remains Suspended

The PSP officer responsible for the death of Odair Moniz remains suspended from duty while a disciplinary process is underway at the Inspectorate-General of Internal Administration. The officer was previously sentenced to a three-and-a-half-year suspended prison sentence.
