New Water Pipe Burst Leaves Western Serbia Without Water After Initial Repair

A new pipe burst on the 'Rzav' water system has left a large part of western Serbia without water, shortly after an initial repair. This second failure has prolonged the water supply issues, despite efforts to restore service.
