Malaysia Boosts TVET Program with New Initiatives and Funding
Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim announced new initiatives for the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) program, including AI and cryptology training for selected students and up to RM50 million in funding. Deputy Prime Minister Zahid Hamidi also launched the GTPC platform to connect industry with TVET graduates and called for a separate accreditation body for the sector.
