Catalan Court Annuls Parliament Driver Exam Over Excessive Catalan Language Requirement
The High Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) has annulled an opposition exam for a Parliament driver position, ruling that the B2 intermediate Catalan language requirement could violate the fundamental right to access public service.
