Irish Couple Denied Challenge Over Car-Parking Charges in Housing Assistance Payment

An Irish couple has been unable to pursue a High Court challenge regarding the refusal to include car-parking charges in their Housing Assistance Payment (HAP). A judge ruled that the council believed the HAP form, signed by both the landlord and the couple, had misrepresented the actual rent amount.
