Terengganu orders action as DOE identifies vessel behind 3km-long Pantai Teluk Kalong oil spill

The Terengganu state government has directed its Department of Environment (DOE) to take strict action after identifying the vessel responsible for a 3km-long oil spill off Pantai Teluk Kalong.
