Ukraine at UN Security Council urges nuclear powers not to ignore Russia-Belarus drills

Ukraine’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Andrii Melnyk called on nuclear powers, including the United Kingdom, France, the United States, and China, not to ignore the joint military exercises conducted by Russia and Belarus.
