Europol Warned Montenegrin Prosecutors of Police Involvement in Drug Smuggling in 2021
Europol provided SKY ECC material to Montenegrin prosecutor Saša Čađenović in July 2021, suggesting that police operatives Petar Lazović and Ljubo Milović were involved in drug and cigarette smuggling, but the then-Supreme State Prosecutor's Office decided there was no prosecutable offense.
