Israeli intimidations and shootings, Hezbollah maneuvers: in Lebanon, France finds itself caught between two fires

The French contingent of the UN peacekeeping force in southern Lebanon is caught between the Israeli army and Hezbollah, which has been stepping up its attacks on Israel since October 7. The UNIFIL force is trying to maintain its neutrality.
