Latvian Law Proposed to Prevent Rezekne from Alienating GORS Concert Hall
The Latvian Ministry of Culture has drafted a bill, 'Law on the 'Latgale Embassy GORS' Foundation,' which would prevent the Rezekne municipality from alienating, mortgaging, or otherwise encumbering the concert hall building.
