
Nigerian Politicians Condemn Plateau Killings, Demand Action and Intelligence-Led Policing
Nigerian politicians, including former Plateau State Governor Jonah Jang and former minister Kwankwaso, have strongly condemned the Palm Sunday gunmen attack on Angwan Rukuba community in Jos North, which claimed at least 28 lives. The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) also denounced the "horrific" killings, while Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang has directed security agencies to adopt proactive, intelligence-driven operations to tackle urban terrorism.
