Russian Forces Attack Kharkiv Oblast, Killing Woman and Damaging Homes

Russian forces attacked a village in Kharkiv Oblast with a drone, killing a woman, and also struck houses in the region with cluster munitions. These attacks have caused casualties and damage to residential areas.
