Teenager on Electric Scooter Caught Drunk in Korčula, Croatia
Police on the Croatian island of Korčula stopped a 16-year-old driving an electric scooter with a blood alcohol level of 2.03 permille, who was also not wearing a vest and was driving on the roadway.
