Polish Mayor Caught Drunk Driving, Case Dismissed Despite Prosecutor's Disagreement
Marek Kubik, the mayor of Niedźwiada municipality, was stopped by police for drunk driving with over one permille of alcohol. He claimed he was transporting oxygen for fish, and while the court dismissed the case, the prosecutor's office disagrees with the ruling.
