Defense Secretary Calls for Audit of BCDA Funds for AFP Modernization

Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro Jr. is advocating for an audit of revenues earned by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) from the use of former military bases, intended for the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) modernization fund.
