Noto Peninsula Earthquake: Continued Support for Isolated Victims Remains a Challenge 2.5 Years On
Two and a half years after the Noto Peninsula earthquake, over 15,000 people still live in temporary housing in Ishikawa Prefecture, the most affected area. With 19 victims found to have died alone in temporary housing, continuous support to prevent isolation remains a critical issue.
