Albanian Democratic Party Holds Forum Without Berisha, Noka Leads Protest

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, was absent from the forum organized in front of the Prime Minister's Office, unlike previous occasions. The protest was led by Noka, as Berisha was reportedly attending other engagements.
