Eleven-year-old boy found dead on riverbank in northwest France

The boy was found dead on a bank of the Vilaine River in the city of Rennes, with a wet bath towel 'tied very tightly around his neck.' Two teenagers were apprehended, but the circumstances that led to the boy's death have yet to be established.
