Physiotherapist Misconduct Allegations Not Proven by Committee

A Coru fitness-to-practise committee has ruled that allegations of misconduct, including that a physiotherapist "lightly spanked" a female patient, were not proven. The committee concluded that the man did not breach the professional code.
