Court of Appeal Orders Reduction in Helsinki Land Lease Fees

A Finnish Court of Appeal has overturned a previous judgment, ruling that land lease fees in Helsinki's Lehtisaari must be lowered, after the Vantaa Parish Union had significantly increased them in 2020.
