SSU Detains Head of Zhytomyr Recruitment Center for Extortion

The Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) has detained the head of the Zhytomyr Regional Territorial Recruitment Center, who was extorting money from a local businessman in exchange for not conscripting his employees.
