Special Team to Probe Minor's Rape, Murder, and Hospital Negligence in UP

A special investigation team, including women officers, has been constituted by the Uttar Pradesh Director General of Police to probe the barbaric rape and murder of a minor and address concerns of hospital negligence, following dissatisfaction from the victim's parents.
