Geothermal Exploration Continues in Fáskrúðsfjörður

Fjarðabyggð is preparing the next phase of geothermal exploration in Fáskrúðsfjörður, with plans to deepen a research bore to 400 meters. The aim is to locate a geothermal fissure or find higher temperatures than previous studies indicated.
